All American Construction, Inc. was established 2001. Owners Mike Sircy (at left) and Donald Rowland (right) have 50 years combined experience in the construction industry.

Mike Sircy was born and raised in Missouri where he began working in the construction industry completing various duties during his high school and college years. During those years, Mike served as an apprentice plumber and later became a licensed plumber. Mike attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1981-1986 majoring in Business Management with a minor in Accounting. From 1986 -1990 he was employed by American Food Management as Food Service Director at various colleges and universities throughout the U.S.
He owned and operated a successful Fire and Water Damage Company in Missouri from 1990-1999 and earned numerous certificates related to repairs and renovations - including designation as a Certified Restorer (C.R.).
From 1999-2001 Mike was employed by Home Depot in Atlanta, GA organizing and implementing the Insurance Replacement Program for installed sales focusing on the Southeast Division.
In 2001, Mike formed All American Construction, Inc. in the metro Atlanta area as principal and operating officer. |

Don Rowland was born in Manassas, Virginia. Don joined the U.S. Army shortly after completing high school and served in North Korea until 1979. Upon his return to civilian life, he was employed with Century Steel, in Sterling Va. as a machine operator until 1984 at which time he had a opportunity to try his hand in the construction industry. Don starting as a Drywall Mechanics Apprentice for Abacus Construction Inc. in Front Royal, Va., and in a short time worked his way up to Lead Mechanic. In 1990 Don and his family moved to Omaha Ne. where he was employed by PML Construction. In 1992 he began running their Drywall Division. The spring of 1995 brought another geographical change to the Rowland Family as they moved to Florida to be closer to Don's aging parents. From 1995-1999 he worked for E& K of Orlando as Foreman and in 1999 was hired as a Field Superintendent for M. Ecker and Company of Florida overseeing their Palm Beach County field operations.
In 2003 Don joined All American Construction as a superintendent for the company, becoming a partner in January of 2005 and is currently running field operations. |
